Basically, it's squid stuffed with glutinous rice. It's friggin delicious either fried with tumeric, or cooked in santan (as seen above).
The only person I know who knows how to make this is my grandma. Nobody outside my family knows what I'm talking about when I mention this tasty dish - which is their loss, to say the least.
So.
