Food: Sotong Pulut



Just so you know what I'm talking about when I mention 'sotong pulut' as one of my favourite dishes by my grandmother, yes, I'm turning it into a blog post.

cooked in coconut cream (santan) ver.
Basically, it's squid stuffed with glutinous rice. It's friggin delicious either fried with tumeric, or cooked in santan (as seen above).

The only person I know who knows how to make this is my grandma. Nobody outside my family knows what I'm talking about when I mention this tasty dish - which is their loss, to say the least. 
So.
